镍钴锰酸锂中掺杂氧化锆的测定

摘要 采用盐酸-氢氟酸消解掺杂有二氧化锆的镍钴锰酸锂样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定锆含量,从而建立了一种快速测定掺杂有二氧化锆的镍钴锰酸锂样品中的锆含量的分析方法。方法选择Zr-343.823 nm为测试波长,标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.99987,结果相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)为0.67%,加标回收率为98.53%~101.25%,用标准加入法验证结果与标准曲线法结果相符。所建方法测试结果可靠,可用于日常检测。 LiNi_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)O_2 doped zirconium oxide was dissolved with hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid,zirconium content was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),a rapid test method that determination of zirconium content in Li Ni_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)O_2 doped zirconium oxide was built. Zr-343823 nm was selected as the analytical line,the linear correlation coefficient of calibration curve was 0. 99987,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n = 10) was 0. 67%,the recovery rate was 98. 53% ~ 101. 25%. The result was the same that using standard addition method and standard curve method. The method was reliable and can be used for routine inspection.
