摘要
基于天津市汽修行业VOCs的现状调查,采用排放因子法,建立了天津市汽修行业VOCs排放清单。经分析,天津市汽修企业共计5546家,主要位于滨海新区、蓟州区、西青区等;核算2015年天津市汽修企业VOCs排放量为902.27 t,一类企业排放量为407.83 t,二、三类企业排放量接近;通过GC-MS方法分析获取了天津市汽修行业VOCs排放特征,不同汽修企业及其不同工序VOCs排放有较大差异。
Based on the investigation of the present situation of VOCs from vehicle maintenance industry in Tianjin,the emission inventory of vehicle maintenance industry in Tianjin was established by using emission factor method. A total of 5546 vehicle maintenance companies in Tianjin mainly located in Binhai New Area,Jizhou District,Xiqing District,etc. The VOCs emission of vehicle maintenance companies was 902. 27 t in 2015 in Tianjin. The VOCs emission of the first kind vehicle maintenance companies was 407. 83 t,while the second and the third kind were similar in VOCs emission. The VOCs emission characteristics were analyzed by GC-MS method. There were big differences in VOCs emission between different companies and processes.
