摘要
推力轴承外循环系统是水轮发电机重要的辅助设备之一,其性能的优劣直接决定着机组运行的稳定性。在溧蓄机组调试初期,发电电动机推力外循环系统噪声达到103dB,振动幅值达到0.26mm,噪声和振动严重影响到了机组的安全运行。本文以溧阳抽水蓄能电站发电电动机推力轴承外循环系统为研究对象,针对推力外循环系统在调试期间出现的噪声和振动问题进行分析,并对外循环系统结构整改、增加消泡装置和增加变频器的实施效果进行了对比。最终结果表明:推力外循环泵系统增加变频器降低转速的方案在处理外循环系统的噪声和振动问题具有显著的效果。
Thrust bearing oil out-circulation system is one of the most important auxiliaryequipment, the merits of the performance of which determine the stability of unit operation. Thenoise of thrust bearing oil out-circulation system is up to 103dB, and the vibration amplitude is upto 0.26mm during the commissioning stage. In this paper, taking the structural feature ofgenerator-motor thrust bearing oil out-circulation system for Liyang Pumped-storage PowerStation as the object of the research, noise and vibration of thrust bearing oil out-circulationsystem during the commissioning stage are analyzed. The effect of adding defoaming plate andfrequency converter in thrust bearing oil out-circulation system is shown. Final conclusion shows,increasing the frequency converter in thrust bearing oil out-circulation system has a significanteffect on handling the noise and vibration.
