摘要
目前环境污染是人们亟待解决的问题之一,水体中的染料导致水污染,并造成水体缺氧,影响水生生物和微生物生长、同时染料毒性较大存在重金属积累.若能通过光催化降解染料废水并同时获取氢气,将实现资源的绿色发展及持续利用.目前光催化剂主要有TiO_2,ZnO,MoS_2,WO_3等金属氧化物半导体,虽然这些半导体材料成本低廉,稳定性好,但是对可见光的利用率低,若将过渡金属与ZnO等材料复合,将会提高对光的利用率.阐述了最近几年间过渡金属-半导体复合材料的制备方法及其光催化性能研究进展.
At present,the environmental pollution is one of the problems to be solved. The dye caused water pollution,and affected on water hypoxia,aquatic organisms and microbial growth. Dye as well as led to the accumulation of heavy metals in the water. Photocatalytic degradation of dye wastewater and gaining hydrogen will realize sustainable development. Up to now,the main catalysts for hydrogen generation are TiO2,ZnO,MoS2,WO3 and some other semiconductors. The semiconductor materials show low cost,good stability,but the utilization rate of light is low. Combining the transition metal and ZnO composite materials will improve the utilization rate of light. The progress of preparation and photocatalytic properties of transition metal semiconductor composite on dye degradation in recent years were reviewed.
