大学翻转课堂教学效果的实验研究--以《货币银行学》为例 被引量:23

摘要 "翻转课堂"作为信息时代的新型教学理念,需对教学资源做集优处理,做到整个教学流程的知识输出、知识内化、知识强化。本研究采用实验研究和问卷调查相结合,以"货币银行学"翻转教学实践为例,探讨了"翻转课堂模式的教学效果"、"学生对翻转课堂模式的适应性和倾向性"等问题。样本选取某高校管理类专业两个平行班分别施以翻转课堂和传统讲授进行对比实验。研究发现,采用翻转课堂教学班级的成绩提高显著高于采用传统教学的班级,并且中等成绩的学生受影响最大。问卷调查结果显示,学生更为"喜欢翻转课堂互动形式的教学"。 As a new teaching concept in the information age, the flipped classroom optimizes teaching resources to achieve a whole teaching process of knowledge output, knowledge internalization,and knowledge review. Based on an experimental study and a questionnaire survey, this paper takes the flipped classroom in the Monetary Banking course as an example to discuss its teaching effect and students' adaptability and inclination to the classroom. In this study, we carried out the flipped classroom and traditional teaching practice respectively in two parallel classes of a management major at a university for comparison. The results show that the student performance in the flipped classroom is significantly higher than that in the traditional class, and the students with middle grades are the most affected. Meanwhile, the data of the questionnaire demonstrates that students prefer the interactive form of teaching in the flipped classroom.
