摘要
介绍了国内外本科《老年护理学》实践教学模式的发展现状,分析了目前国内外老年护理实践教学模式:我国目前老年护理实践教学地点主要以医院老年病房为主,而国外老年护理学实践教学强调学校与医院、护理院、养老院、社区卫生服务机构等实践场所形成密切的伙伴关系。提出从创新老年护理校外社会实践新模式、加强老年护理师资的培养、增强学生老年护理核心能力3方面改进和完善本科老年护理实践教学模式。
It introduced the status quo of the practice teaching model of undergraduate geriatric nursing at home and abroad and analyzed the current practice teaching model of geriatric nursing at home and abroad.The current geriatric nursing practice teaching location in China was mainly hospital geriatric ward,the practice teaching of geriatric nursing in foreign countries emphasized the close partnership between schools and hospitals,nursing homes,geracomium and community health service institutions.It put forward to improve and perfect the practice teaching mode of geriatric nursing from 3 aspects:innovating the new mode of extracurricular social practice of geriatric nursing,strengthening the training of geriatric nursing teachers,and strengthening the core competence of geriatric nursing of students.
