海口市市售粮食中铅、镉、镍、铬、砷和铜6种元素含量调查 被引量:1

Investigation on the contents of lead,cadmium,nickel,chromium,arsenic and copper in grains from in Haikou market

摘要 目的调查分析海口市市售粮食中铅、镉、镍、铬、砷和铜6种元素的含量,初步建立海口流通市场上各品牌及农贸市场散装粮食污染物数据库,为制定国家卫生标准提供科学依据。方法定点采集了海口市秀英、龙华、琼山、美兰4个区常见大米和小米2个品种,按GB 5009.268—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中多元素的测定》电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析测定。结果小米中镍含量最高为1.94 mg/kg,均值为1.40 mg/kg,其余铅、镉、铬、砷和铜含量均未超标;大米中铅含量为0.001 75 mg/kg^0.796 mg/kg,均数为0.057 7 mg/kg;镉含量为0.000 750 mg/kg^0.252 mg/kg,均数为0.066 8 mg/kg;砷含量为0.059 3 mg/kg^0.733 mg/kg,均数为0.200 mg/kg;铅、镉和砷合格率分别为92.5%、85.0%和94.4%。结论小米中镍含量偏高,大米中铅、镉和砷含量均有一定超标,有关部门应加强对市售大米的监督监测。 Objective To investigate the contents of lead,cadmium,nickel,chromium,arsenic and copper in grain from Haikou market,and set up the contaminant database for grain in different brands and bulk grain from farmer markets,so as to provide scientific basis for the establishment of national health standards. Methods Rice and millet samples were collected from Meilan,Longhua,Qiongshan,and Xiuying,and conducted for the contents detection of 6 elements according to inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry from GB 5009. 268—2016 National Standard for Food Safety Determination of Multi Elements in Food.Results The highest content of Ni was 1. 94 mg/kg,the mean values was 1. 40 mg/kg in the millet,and the contents of lead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic and copper were not exceeded the standards. The content of lead was within 0. 001 75 mg/kg-0. 796 mg/kg in rice,and the mean content was 0. 057 7 mg/kg. The content of cadmium was within 0. 000 750 mg/kg-0. 252 mg/kg,and the mean content was 0. 066 8 mg/kg. The content of arsenic was within 0. 059 3 mg/kg-0. 733 mg/kg,and the mean content was 0. 200 mg/kg. The qualified rates for Pb,Cd,As were 92. 5%,85. 0% and 94. 4%,respectively. Conclusion The content of Ni in millet is high and the over standard rate of Pb,Cd and As in rice exceed the standard,so the relevant departments should strengthen supervision and monitoring on market rice.
