摘要
随着现代企业管理理念的深入,人力资源成为企业发展的重点,受到企业领导层的广泛关注。针对当前企业人力资源管理工作的需求,对人力资源管理中的绩效评价流程、主要评价方法进行阐述,然后结合某房地产企业,利用AHP层次分析法对其人力资源管理绩效进行评价,得出该企业应加强员工职业道德建设,并通过加强企业文化培训等方式提升员工的职业道德素养等结论。
With the deepening of the concept of modern enterprise management,human resources has become the focus of enterprise development,has attracted wide attention of enterprise leadership. In view of the current enterprise human resources management needs,the performance evaluation process in the management of human resources,the main evaluation methods in the paper,and then combined with a real estate company,using the AHP hierarchy analysis to evaluate the performance of human resources management,the enterprises should strengthen the construction of moral staff occupation,and by strengthening the training of the enterprise culture and other ways to improve the occupation moral quality conclusion of employees.
