摘要
添加缓释碳源生态基质提高河水C/N值可增强脱氮效果。考察了不同添加比例对河水脱氮效果和COD的影响,并采用高通量测序手段对基质中微生物进行分析,结果表明对总氮去除效果随着添加比例的增加而增加,考虑到前期释碳量高易引起二次污染,控制添加比例为15%,装置对氨氮、硝态氮、总氮的平均去除率分别为62.36%、75.22%、64.09%;出水ρ(COD)平均为28.18 mg/L。高通量分析结果显示假单胞菌(Pseudomonas)随着添加比例增加而增加,与脱氮效果一致,这可能与该菌属中包含硝化菌有关;缓释碳源添加比例为15%时,该组微生物多样性最大。可见,控制缓释碳源生态基质添加比例对脱氮效果具有一定的意义。
Utilizing slow-release carbon source ecological matrix to enhance water C/N can promote nitrogen removal efficiency. The effects of adding different proportion of ecological matric on nitrogen removal efficiency and COD in river water were investigated,as well as the microbes in the matrix were analyzed by the method of high-through put sequencing. The results showed that the removal efficiency of total nitrogen was improved with the increase of the proportion,but taking into account the pre-releasing high amount of carbon can lead to secondary pollution,the ecological matrix addition proportion should be controlled at 15%. The average removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen were 62. 36%,75. 22%,and 64. 09%,respectively,and the average concentration of COD in effluent was 28. 18 mg/L. The results of high-throughput analysis showed that Pseudomonas increased with the increase of the adding proportion,which was consistent with the nitrogen removal efficiency,its reason was that the bacteria genus included denitrifying bacteria. The microbial diversity in the adding proportion of 15% was the maximum. It was concluded that the control of slow-release carbon source ecological matrix adding proportion had certain significance to nitrogen removal efficiency.
