摘要
治安学基本理论问题已经发展到法定的公安学体系下的二级学科、大治安视野下的治安学、国家治理体系现代化下的治安学三个维度并存的局面。解决现实中治安学面临的学科价值功能紊乱,需要结合其发展维度和价值功能维度进行反思,选择其学科知识体系构建、专业发展、课程设置等路径进行一体化协同推进的学术重建。
