摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测桑葚中乐果残留分析方法。样品采用乙腈提取,石墨化碳黑氨基复合柱净化,超高效液相色谱分离,多反应监测模式测定,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.5~200.0μg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好,R2>0.9993,平均回收率为95.5%~98.0%,相对标准偏差小于5%(n=6),方法检出限为0.1μg/kg。该方法可用于桑葚中乐果残留检测。
A method to determine dimethoate in mulberry by UPLC-MS/MS was established. Homogenized sample was extracted by acetonitrile,cleaned up by Pro Elut CARB/NH2. Chromatographic separation was achieved by UPLC and the determination was performed by tandem mass spectrometry under the mode of multiple reaction monitoring. The quantitative analysis of external standard calibration curves was used. The linear relationship was fine in the range of0. 5 ~ 200. 0 μg/L for dimethoate,the relative coefficients R2> 0. 9993. The recovery was 95. 5% ~ 98. 0% with the relative standard deviations(RSD) less than 5%(n = 6),and the quantification limit was 0. 1 μg/kg. The developed method can meet the requirements of determining dimethoate in fresh mulberry.
