摘要
针对水基钻井废弃物总量大及回收利用率低等问题,结合渤海湾油田现场实际情况,将钻井废弃物不落地随钻处理与固控系统进行一体化设计,形成模块化、橇装固控环保一体化装备。简述了该一体化装备的总体布局、处理流程以及主要设备配置情况,详细介绍了其在冀中油田的4次现场试验情况。试验结果证明:"振动筛+离心机"两级净化流程有效降低了钻井成本,岩屑甩干机和干燥筛可对岩屑脱干并实现钻井液不落地,"絮凝脱水+离心机"能对废弃钻井液进行有效固液分离。最后针对现场应用中存在的问题,提出了解决方法和建议。
In view of the large total amount of water-based drilling waste and the low recycling rate, consider- ing the actual situation in the Bohai Bay oil field, the integrated design of drilling waste “ zero discharge” disposal while drilling and solid control system forms a equipment featuring modularization, standardization and skid mount-ed solid control-environmental protection integration. The overall layout, processing flow and main equipment con-figuration of the integrated equipment are briefly described. The four field applications in Jizhong Oilfield are intro-duced in detail. The application results show that the two-stage purifying process of ‘‘ shale shaking + centrifuge” can effectively reduce the drilling cost. The cutting drier and the drying screen can desiccate the debris and realize uzero discharge, of drilling fluid. The uflocculation dewatering + centrifuge,, couldprovide effective solid-liquid separation of waste drilling fluid. Finally, according to the problems existing in the field application, solutions and suggestions are put forward.
