Identification and Minimization of Whoosh Noise from a Turbo-charged Gasoline Engine

摘要 针对增压发动机加速过程产生的进气系统气流噪声,采用滤波回放方式对各个频带的噪声通过主观评价进行贡献度识别,确定对主观感受影响较大的频段。对进气系统的各个位置分别采用隔声的方式,识别出噪声的发生位置主要在干净空气管和高压管路热端的部位。在高压管路上设计高频消声器,对低压管路的辐射噪声采用隔声的方案进行处理。改进方案较好地改善加速车内的声品质。 The whoosh noise of the admission system of a turbo-charged gasoline engine in acceleration process is studied. Through filtering and replaying the interior noise from a car with the turbocharged gasoline engine, the contribution of each frequency band of the noise is identified by subjective evaluation. And the critical frequency bands are found. Noise sources of the critical bands are identified by applying insulation packages to different components of the admission system.It is found that the clean tube and the hot end of the high pressure tube of the air compressor are the main sources of the whoosh noise. Sound barrier and high frequency silencer are applied respectively to the clean tube and the high-pressure tube to suppress the whoosh noise. And the sound quality of the interior noise is remarkably improved.
