摘要
目前研究开关磁阻电机的振动问题仅限于空载静态下的固有模态分析。运用电磁场理论与机械力学理论,推导了SRM内的瞬态电磁场与瞬态结构动力场的耦合计算,从而论证了在负载情况下可以求出SRM的振动结果。针对ANSYS Workbench的数据链接不足,提出一种改进的仿真过程,来实现瞬态电磁场与瞬态结构动力场之间全数据链接的间接耦合。针对某一具体的SRM实验模型,详细叙述了该仿真过程,进而得到了该SRM在负载情况下的详细振动速度分布,经过实验证明了仿真计算的有效性。为合理解决SRM的振动问题提供理论依据。
At present, the research on the vibration problem of switched reluctance motor is limited to the natural mode analysis under no-load condition. The coupling calculation of transient electromagnetic field and structure dynamic field in SRM is deduced. It is proved that the vibration results of SRM can be obtained under the load. An improved simulation method is proposed to improve the data link of Workbench ANSYS, and to realize the direct coupling of the whole data link between the transient electromagnetic field and the transient structural dynamic field. The simulation method is described in detail for a specific SRM experimental model. The detailed vibration velocity distribution of the SRM under load is obtained, and the validity of the simulation is proved. It can be used for providing theoretical basis for solving the vibration problem of SRM.
