摘要
目的:探讨对消毒供应中心进行成本控制及管理的效果。方法:我院消毒供应中心2016年7月1日开始进行成本控制,将2017年第一季度的成本支出作为观察组,尚未进行成本控制的2016年第一季度成本支出作为对照组,对比两组水费、电费、蒸气费、医材消耗、劳务成本、总支出以及各个科室满意度情况。结果:进行成本控制后,观察组第1季度水费、电费、蒸气费、耗材费、劳务成本明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各个科室满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心应用成本控制,不仅节约了医院的人力、物力和财力,而且提高了各个科室的满意度,体现了优质、高效的成本管理模式。
Objective: To explore the effect of cost control and management in central sterile supply department. Methods: Cost control has been started since July 1,2016 in central sterile supply department of our hospital. The cost expenditure of the first quarter of 2017 was selected as observation group,and the cost expenditure of the first quarter of 2016 without cost control was selected as control group. The charges for water,electricity and steam,medical material consumption,labor cost,total expenditure and satisfaction of various departments were compared between the two groups. Results: After cost control,the charges for water,electricity and steam,medical material consumption and labor cost in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group in the first quarter( P < 0. 05); the satisfaction scores of various departments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of cost control in the central sterile supply department not only saves manpower,material and financial resources of hospital,but also improves the satisfaction of each department. It reflects high quality and efficient cost management model.
