摘要
为进一步了解刑事执行专业学生毕业半年后的就业状态和工作能力,抽取麦可思对海南省海南政法职业学院的调查数据中涉及刑事执行专业毕业生的相关部分,从就业满意度、用人单位类型和教学满意度等方面对该专业2014届毕业生的调查数据进行分析。结果显示,该专业毕业生存在就业率过低、离职率过高、就业现状满意度过低及职业期待吻合度、教师教学工作满意度亟待提升等问题。建议海南政法职业学院通过变革办学体制、提升办学层次、改进教学方法、完善实践教学体系等途径来提高刑事执行专业毕业生工作能力和就业质量。
In order to further understand the criminal execution after six months of students graduate employment and work ability,extracting Michael thought involved in the survey data of hainan vocational college of politics and law of criminal execution related part of the graduates from the types of job satisfaction,unit of choose and employ persons and teaching satisfaction survey of the 2014 graduates of the major data analysis,the results showed that the existence of graduates in the employment rate is too low,high turnover,low employment status satisfaction through job satisfaction and occupational expectation inosculation,teachers teaching to improve.Recommends changes of hainan vocational learning colleges of politics and law system,improve education level,improving teaching methods,perfecting practical teaching system,such as ways to improve the quality of criminal execution work ability and the employment of graduates in.
