摘要
防错技术就是指任何一种能够防止人为错误的发生,或是一眼就能让人发现错误的工艺和方法。由于在单线多产品的挖掘机装配线上极易出现错装、漏装等问题,防错技术的应用尤为重要。通过挖掘机车架灯装配实例分析,从设计、仓储、工艺等方面介绍多种防错方法在实际生产中的巧妙合理运用及特点,从而达到有效提高生产质量和效率的目的。
Error proofing refers to any kind of can prevent the occurrence of human error,or one can make people find the wrong technology and methods. As the single-line multi-product excavator assembly line prone to wrong,missing and other issues,the application of error proofing technology is particularly important. In this paper,through the analysis of the assembly of excavator frame lights,the paper introduces the clever rational use and characteristics of various anti-misuse methods in the actual production from the aspects of design,storage and process,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of production effectively.
