摘要
法治是促进社会发展的有力保障,是维护公共竞争的手段,是衡量社会发展文明程度的重要标志,是深化依法治国实践的必然要求。法治成为社会发展核心竞争力任重道远,必须有的放矢加强和改进立法工作;深入推进依法行政,建设法治政府;推进公正司法,提升司法公信力;加强法治宣传教育,营造良好法治环境。
The rule of law is a powerful guarantee for promoting social development, a tool for safeguarding pub- lic competitions, an important measurement of the degree of civilization in social development, and an indispensable requirement for reinforce the implementation of governing the country according to law. Making the rule of law the core competitiveness of social development needs many efforts and has a long way to go. It demands us to strengthen and improve the legislation with an objective in mind ; We should further promote law - based administration and build a government by the law. We should advance fair justice and enhance the credibility of the judiciary; We should also strengthen publicity and education on the rule of law and create a sound legal en- vironment.
