摘要
为解决头戴式耳机支架件涂胶工艺效率低下、过于依赖人力资源的问题,将运动控制技术和定位机构设计应用到涂胶系统中。开展涂胶工艺的分析和规划,确定运动控制的机械结构,建立运动控制电路,对定位机构进行优化设计,在头戴式耳机支架上试验比较,结果表明自动涂胶系统比手工涂胶的效率提升2倍以上。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and excessive reliance on human resources in the process of head mounted headphone bracket, the motion control technology and the design of the positioning mechanism are applied to the gluing system. The gluing process is analysed and planned, the mechanical structure of the motion control are determined, the circuit motion control is established, positioning mechanism on the headset is optimal designed. A comparative test on the head-mounted earphone bracket is showed that the efficiency of the automatic gluing system is more than 2 times higher than that of manual gluing
