摘要
校本研修互助培训网是教师培训的创新举措,实现了研修机制、研修组织形式、工作策略等方面的创新。同时也拓展了同伴互助和专业引领的内涵,提高了广大教师的专业素养,推动了区域教育的均衡发展,培育了互助研修的文化氛围,很好地解决了农村教育教学的短板问题。
The school-based research and mutual-aid training network is an innovative measure of teacher training,and it has realized the innovation of the research mechanism,the form of organization,and the work strategy,etc. At the same time,it has also expanded the connotation of peer assistance and professional guidance,improved teachers' professional quality,promoted the balanced development of regional education,nurtured the cultural atmosphere of mutual-aid training,and solved the short-board effect of rural education and teaching.
