摘要
主要对品管圈(Quality Control Circle,QCC)在骨科基础护理、围手术期护理、护理安全管理、护理教育、护理质量管理、健康教育等方面的应用现状以及其对护理人员的无形成果进行总结,综述了其应用进展,为以后的临床工作的开展提供参考,以提高骨科临床护理质量。
This articlemainlysummarizes the application status of Quality Control Circle(QCC)in the basic nursing,the perioperative nursing,the nursing safety management,the nursing education,the nursing quality control and the health education,and the intangible effects of nurses.The article reviews the application progress of QCC to provide referencesfor the clinic work in the future and further to improve the clinic nursing quality of the orthopedic department.
