摘要
为有效抑制电力电子装置带来的谐波污染并解决能源短缺的危机,高功率因数、高效率、高功率密度AC/DC变换器正成为学术界研究热点。此处立足无桥Boost功率因数校正(PFC)变换器,从转换效率、共模噪声、驱动设计、功率等级方面对几种典型的无桥Boost PFC变换器拓扑进行了系统地述评与考量。以Dual-Boost无桥PFC变换器为例,详细阐述了其运行模态及设计。以IEEE IFEC 2016要求为指标,实验室研制一台90~264 V输入、功率密度为1 W/cm^3的1.3 kW原理样机,实验结果证明了样机在230 V输入、满载条件下,效率高达97.8%。
In an effort to suppress the harmonic current caused by the widely used power electronic equipment and so- lve the energy crisis, AC/DC converters with high power factor, high efficiency and high power density are becoming an active research topic in power electronic filed.Several typical topologies of bridgeless Boost power factor corrector(PFC) converters are evaluated in terms of conversion efficiency, common mode noise, driver circuit design and power rating. Operation modes and design considerations of the dual-Boost hridgeless PFC converter are presented in detail.A 1.3 kW prototype with universal input voltage range and high power density(1 W/cm3) is developed in the lab based on the spe- cifications of IEEE IFEC 2016.The efficiency of 97.8% is achieved with an input voltage of 230 V and full load condition.
