摘要
以冀谷19、冀谷21为试验材料,通过室外盆栽试验,研究底施0、2.25和4.50kg/hm^2浓度水平锌肥对冀谷19与冀谷21植株抗氧化性与干物质重的影响。研究结果表明:底施锌肥能明显提升土壤锌含量,促进锌在谷子根部与叶片中富集;底施锌肥对2个谷子品种根部锌含量影响均达显著水平,对冀谷21叶片锌含量影响达显著水平;从SOD活性看,冀谷19底施2.25kg/hm^2锌肥效果较好,冀谷21底施2.25和4.50kg/hm^2锌肥效果差异较小;从POD活性看,冀谷19和冀谷21均对底施4.50kg/hm^2锌肥比较敏感;底施锌肥促进谷子干物质积累。总体上,冀谷19与冀谷21底施2.25kg/hm^2锌肥更适宜。
Based on outdoor pot experiment of Jigul 9 and Jigu21, the effects of base application of zinc fertilizer at different concentrations (0kg/hm2, 2.25kg/hm2 and 4.50kg/hm2) on antioxidant activity and dry matter accumulation were investigated. The results showed that the base application of zinc fertilizer could greatly promote zinc enrichment in roots and leaves of two varieties of millet. The effect difference of zinc fertilizer on the zinc content in roots of millet reached a significant level, and the effect of zinc fertilizer on the content of zinc in leaves of Jigu21 was significant. Compared with the activity of SOD, 2.25kg/hm: zinc fertilizer was applied on Jigul9 and its effect was better, and the influence difference in Jigu21 between the 2.25kg/hm2 and 4.50kg/hm2 zinc fertilizer was not significant. Compared with the activity of POD, the reaction Jigul9 and Jigu21 were sensitive to the application of zinc fertilizer at the concentration of 4.50kg/hm2. Base application of zinc fertilizer treatment promoted the accumulation of dry matter in millet. It was appropriate for Jigul 9 and Jigu21 to apply zinc fertilizer at the concentration of 2.25kg/hm2.
