摘要
目的观察鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年1月20日—2017年1月20日我院慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者100例,对其采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗,分析其疗效以及安全性。结果本院100例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者经鼻内窥镜手术治疗后有效率为95.00%;不良反应发生率为2.00%。治疗前SF-36各维度评分情况与治疗后SF-36各维度评分情况相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,显著疗效,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods 100 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps from January 20,2016 to January 20,2017 were treated with endoscopic surgery,the efficacy and safety was analyzed.Results The effective rate of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery was 95.00%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.00%.Before and after treatment,the scores of each dimension of SF-36 were significantly different,P〈0.05.ConclusionEndoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps can achieve significant efficacy,and high safety.
