摘要 设计了C40机制砂混凝土,开展机制砂混凝土电阻率试验,研究分析了材料因素对机制砂混凝土电阻率的交互影响。研究表明:混凝土早期电阻率随着单方机制砂和矿物掺合料用量的变化均存在最小极值。同时提高机制砂和矿物掺合料的用量,混凝土电阻率基本呈增大趋势,并且矿物掺合料用量越大,提高机制砂取代率对混凝土电阻率的增大效果也越发显著,两因素表现出正耦合作用。 The C40 manufactured sand concrete was designed to carry out the test of concrete resistivity,and the interaction effect of material factors on resistivity of concrete was studied.The research shows that the early resistivity of concrete has the minimum value with the change of manufactured sand amount or mineral admixtures amount.While increasing the amount of sand and mineral admixtures,the resistivity of concrete shows a trend of increase,and when the amount of mineral admixtures increases,the improving of concrete resistivity by increasing the replacement rate of manufactured sand is more significant,and the two factors shows a positive coupling effect.
