摘要
本文通过α-二芳甲基-β-羰基硫代羧酸酯与肼的环合反应合成了含5-羟基吡唑基的三芳基甲烷类化合物。研究表明,在乙醇回流条件下,α-二芳甲基-β-羰基硫代羧酸酯与肼能有效进行环合反应,高产率制得5-羟基吡唑基三芳甲烷类化合物。该反应条件温和、产率高、操作简单。
We developed the cyclization reactions of α-diaryl methyl-β-ketothioesters and hydrazine for the synthesis of functionalized 5-hydroxy pyrazolyl-containing triarylmethanes. The cyclization reactions of α-diaryl methyl-β-ketothioesters and hydrazine were performed in refluxing Et OH,affording functionalized 5-hydroxy pyrazolylcontaining triarylmethanes in excellent yield. Mild reaction conditions,easy work-up procedure,and excellent yields are some notable advantages of this method.
