摘要
一直以来,国家成立公共图书馆的目的是为了更好地服务大众,丰富大众的业余生活,满足其对知识文化的需求。所以,了解公共图书馆存在的意义,分析公共图书馆建设现状,寻找公共图书馆服务效能提升的有效途径,无论是对于公共图书馆本身,还是对于社会大众接触图书馆都有着重要的推动作用。文章对公共图书馆服务效能的现状进行分析,并对如何提升公共服务效能提出相关对策。
All along, the public library has always been established to better serve the public, enrich the leisure life of the public, and satisfy there demand for knowledge and culture. So, understanding the meaning of public library, analyzing the present situation of public library construction, finding effective way to promote the efficiency of the public library services plays an important role for the public library itself and the public access the public library. The paper analyzes the current situation of public library service efficiency and analyzes how to improve public service.
