Objective To investigate the effect of the teaching mode of "organ system as the center" in the teaching of oral anatomy and physiology in international students' education. Methods A total of 60 undergraduate students from two undergraduate classes were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional teaching group and the "organ system as the center" teaching group(30 students in each group). The traditional teaching method and organ system centered teaching mode were applied to the two groups of foreign students, and the students' test scores were compared at the end of the course. Results The type of test paper was a comprehensive test, two classes were compared between the choice question and the simple answer 1, the simple answer 2, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉 0.05); But in the analysis item 1 and the analysis item 2, the teaching result of "organ system centered" teaching group was higher than that of the traditional teaching group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). "Organ system centered" teaching model group mobilized the enthusiasm of students learning, compared to students' comprehensive examination results, "organ system centered" teaching model higher examination scores. Conclusion The "organ system as the center" teaching mode has inspired the students' interest in learning, to adapt to the personality characteristics of students, also more easily transition from students to doctors, so as to improve the teaching quality.
