摘要
目的探究子宫压迫缝合术在剖宫产术中产后出血中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2016年1月—2017年6月收治的剖宫产并发产后出血患者84例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法,将其分为两组,每组各42例。对照组采用子宫填纱治疗,观察组行子宫压迫缝合术,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的产后出血量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.24%,与对照组的80.95%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫压迫缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血,止血效果显著,值得采纳应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of uterine compression suture in postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods 84 cases of cesarean section complicated with postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with filling gauze, the observation group underwent uterine compression suture, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）; The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%, compared with 80.95% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section, hemostatic effect is remarkable.
