人血白蛋白、茵栀黄口服液辅助蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效与治疗成本比较 被引量:15

摘要 目的比较人血白蛋白、茵栀黄口服液辅助蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效与治疗成本。方法选择我院治疗的新生儿黄疸300例,按治疗方式分为白蛋白联合治疗组(A组)和茵栀黄联合治疗组(B组)。A组120例给予人血白蛋白辅助蓝光照射治疗,B组180例给予茵栀黄口服液辅助蓝光照射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及治疗成本。结果治疗3 d后,A组总有效率(93.33%)高于B组(82.78%)(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,两组治疗总有效率差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血清胆红素水平均逐渐降低(P<0.05),治疗第7天,两组血清胆红素水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。A组住院时间短于B组,但A组治疗费用高于B组(P<0.05)。结论人血白蛋白辅助蓝光照射较茵栀黄口服液辅助蓝光照射治疗短期疗效明显,住院时间短,但治疗成本高,家长应依据经济条件选择合适的治疗方案。 Objective To compare the effects and costs of human blood albumin and Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light on neonatal jaundice. Methods Three hundred cases of patients with neonatal jaundice in our hospital were divided into group A(n=120) and group B(n=180) according to treatment methods. Group A was given human serum albumin-assisted blue light irradiation treatment, and group B accepted Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light, the curative effects and costs were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 days of the treatment, the total effective rate of group A(93.33%) was higher than that of the group B(82.78%)(P〈0.05); after 7 days of the treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P〉0.05). The serum bilirubin levels significantly reduced in the two groups after treatment(P〈0.05), at the 7 th day of the treatment, there was no significant difference in serum bilirubin levels(P〉0.05). The hospitalization time of group A was shorter than that of the group B, but the treatment cost of group A was higher than that of the group B(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light, the human blood albumin combined with blue light has good short-term effect, with shorter hospitalization time,but the treatment cost is higher, the patriarch should choose the appropriate method based on their own economic conditions.
