摘要
运用认知行为取向团体辅导的方式,对中等职业学校学生的学业自我效能感进行干预,以探讨结构式团体辅导对提高中职生的学业自我效能感的有效性。通过组间比较发现,干预提高了实验组的学业自我效能感,追踪后测也存在显著差异,对照组的前测和后测、前测和追踪后测学业的自我效能感都没有显著差异。组内比较结果显示,实验组的前测和后测存在显著差异,前测和追踪后测也存在差异显著。本研究证明,采用认知行为取向的结构式团体辅导提高中等职业学校学生的学业自我效能感是可行与有效的。
By using the method of cognitive behavioral orientation group counseling,this paper makes an intervention on the academic self-efficacy of secondary vocational school students in order to explore the effectiveness of structured group counseling in improving the sense of academic self-efficacy of vocational college students. Through the comparison between the groups,it was found that the intervention increased the self-efficacy of the experimental group,and there were significant differences in the tracking test,and there was no significant difference in the self-efficacy between the control group and the pre-test,the pre-and after-tracking test. The comparison results showed that there were significant differences between the test group and the measured and posterior measurements. This study proves that it is feasible and effective to improve students' self-efficacy in secondary vocational schools by structured group counseling with cognitive behavioral orientation.
