水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青混凝土性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了扩展乳化沥青在沥青路面养护和病害修补中的应用范围,文章将水性环氧树脂作为乳化沥青的改性剂,研究了不同水性环氧树脂掺量下乳化沥青的基本性能,初步确定水性环氧树脂的合理掺量。并以此为基础,制备冷拌水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青混凝土,研究了其制备成型方式以及性能规律。结果表明:掺入6%水性环氧树脂会大幅度地提高乳化沥青混合料的强度,尤其是后期强度,同时可以改善其高温性能和低温性能,但对混合料的水稳性能改善不大。 In order to extend the application range of emulsified asphalt in disease repairing and asphalt pavementmaintenance,this paper choosed the waterborne epoxy resin as emulsified asphalt modifier,studied basic performanceof emulsified asphalt under different dosage of waterborne epoxy resin,determined the reasonable content of waterborneepoxy resin preliminarily. And on this basis,perpetrated the cold mixing water-soluble epoxy resin modified emulsifiedasphalt concrete,and studied the rule of its preparation forming method and performance. The results show that thestrength of the emulsified asphalt mixture can be greatly improved mixed with 6% of waterborne epoxy resin,especiallythe long-term strength,can improve the high temperature performance and low temperature performance at the sametime,but the improvement for the water stability of mixture is not big.
