摘要
采用Malmquist指数法,利用江苏石油石化产业上市公司数据研究发现,全要素生产率先大幅下滑、后小幅上升,而技术进步率不断下滑,呈现轻视技术创新、生产率大幅波动的低端化发展趋势。回归分析发现,整体估计中,技术创新和本土市场需求促进了生产率增长,而出口却有抑制作用。政策前后估计中,技术创新和本土市场需求由政策前对生产率不显著,转变为政策后的促进作用;出口由政策前的促进作用,转变为政策后的抑制作用。产权性质估计中,技术创新仅促进了非国有企业的生产率增长,对国有企业却是抑制性倾向;本土市场需求对国有企业和非国有企业的生产率都有促进作用;出口仅促进了国有企业的生产率增长。上述研究对于审视和调整石油石化产业发展模式,推动其生产率增长,具有重要意义。
Using the method of Malmquist index and based on the listed companies'data of petroleum and petrochemical industries in Jiangsu,it demonstrates that the changing rate of total factor productivity firstly falls sharply,and then rises slightly,while the rate of technical progress continues to decline.There emerges a low-end trend of ignoring the technological innovation and significant fluctuations in productivity.Through regression analysis,it demonstrates that in the industry as a whole,technological innovation and home market demand promote the growth of productivity but restrain exports.In the estimation of policy effects,technological innovation and home market demand are not significant for productivity before the policy but play a promoting role for productivity after the policy.At the same time,exports play apromoting role before the policy and restrain it after the policy.In the estimation of property nature,technological innovation only promotes the growth of productivity in non-state-owned enterprises and exerts inhibitory effects on state-owned enterprises.The home market demand promotes the productivity of both state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises.Exports only contribute to the growth of productivity of state-owned enterprises.The above findings are of great significance for the review and adjustment of the development model of petroleum and petrochemical industries and the promotion of their productivity growth.
