摘要
针对DLCC级联型准Z源逆变器拓扑结构电压应力高、建模复杂的问题,在不增加无源器件的条件下,提出一种新型三相电压型准Z源逆变器,采用状态空间平均法对其进行小信号建模,并分析器件的暂态特性;应用简单升压控制对准Z源、DLCC级联型准Z源及新型准Z源电压型逆变器进行对比分析;又将三次谐波注入调制用于新型准Z源逆变器控制。理论分析和仿真结果表明:Z源网络具有对称性,新型准Z源逆变器具有高升压因子、低电压应力、小电感电流纹波及逆变桥直流侧和直流电源有共同接地点的优点;采用三次谐波注入调制法具有进一步提高直流电压利用率,降低电压应力,减小电感电流纹波的优点。
A novel quasi Z-source inverter was proposed without additional passive components to overcome the problemof high voltage stress and complex modeling shortcomings. The transient characteristics of the new topology are analyzedby means of the small signal model which is obtained by the state-space averaging method. Under the simple boost controlcondition,a comparative analysis is carried out for quasi Z-source,DLCC-cascaded type and the novel quasi Z-sourceinverter,at the same time,the third harmonic injection control strategy is introduced to improved Z-source inverter.Theoretical analysis and simulation results showed that the novel quasi Z-source inverter has partial device symmetry,higher boost factor,lower capacitor and switching stress,lower current inductor ripper and common ground with the dcsource. The third harmonic injection control not only improves the utilization rate of DC voltage but also reduces thevoltage stress and Z-source inductor current ripple.
