摘要
目的:观察加味益精补阳还五汤对青光眼术后患者视神经的保护作用。方法:选择2015年2月—2016年2月60例在本院行青光眼手术的患者,均分为两组,对照组服用益脉康胶囊;观察组采用加味益精补阳还五汤治疗。观察比较治疗前后视力、眼压、视野(平均光敏度与平均缺损)、图形视觉诱发(LP100,AP100)和血液流变学指标的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后眼压比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);视力明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。视野及图像视觉诱发电位情况均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。血液黏度指标经检测均明显下降,而观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数与对照组比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味益精补阳还五汤能显著改善青光眼术后患者血液流变学,起到保护患者视神经的作用。
Objective： To observe the protective effect of Jiawei Yijing Buyang Huanwu Decoction on five patients with optic nerve after glaucoma surgery. Methods： Between February 2015 and February 2016,60 patients with glaucoma surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The control group took Yimaikang Capsule. The observation group adopted Jiawei Yijing Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The changes of visual acuity,intraocular pressure,visual field（ average light sensitivity and mean defect）,visual evoked（ LP100,AP100） and blood rheology indexes were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results： There was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. the visual acuity was significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group＇s was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Visual field and visual evoked potentials were significantly improved（ P〈0. 05） and the observation group＇s was statistically significant compared with that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Blood viscosity indexes were obviously decreased and the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were significantly different from those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jiawei Yijing Buyang Huanwu Decoction can significantly improve hemorheology in patients after glaucoma surgery,playing a protective role in patients with optic nerve.
