摘要
高职教研活动形式化和行政化的特点,制约了高职院校的课程改革和专业建设等内涵建设,影响人才培养质量。而创新教研活动是高职院校时常提出的一项重点工作,如何提高教研活动的效率和质量是高职院校都在不断探索的路径和努力的方向。
It is quite clear that the characteristics of the formalization and administrative of teaching and research activities in higher vocational colleges have restricted the connotation construction of the curriculum reform and professional construction.it is well-known that innovative teaching and research activities are key factors to successful higher vocational education.Therefore,all vocational colleges need to make efforts so as to explore ways of educational reform in the efficiency and quality of teaching and research activities.
