摘要
结合柔性直流输电功率模块的机械结构特点,通过对功率模块进行的合理等效简化,建立一种仿真模型。该仿真模型考虑了功率模块内部所有热源,并通过柔性直流输电运行原理,确定各热源损耗。此方法不但避免了网格划分的失败,还可以真实再现功率模块内部各热源的分布情况,有效地节约了仿真时间及计算机存储空间。基于该模型,利用Ansys软件对该仿真模型进行热仿真,并与试验结果相比,两者一致性好,验证了仿真建模及计算的合理性。
A simulation model is built by equivalent mechanical structure of the flexible HVDC transmission simplification of the power module according to the power module. This simulation model considers all heat sources in the power module. The loss of each heat source is determined by the operation principle of the flexible HVDC transmission. This method can avoid failure of mesh generation, truely display distribution of the heat sources in the power module, and save time of simulation and computer storage space. The software Ansys is employed to complete simulation based on this model, and the simulation result coincide well with the experimental one, verifying the reasonability of the equivalently simplified model and simulation.
