空气中热分解草酸铌制备多孔结构Nb_2O_5试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了采用热分解法分解草酸铌制备多孔结构Nb_2O_5,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分别表征草酸铌在空气气氛中的热分解最终产物的物相和形貌。结果表明,草酸铌在空气气氛中的热分解过程分为3个阶段:第1阶段,室温~200℃,草酸铌失去吸附水和结晶水;第2阶段,200~330℃,草酸铌中NH+4和草酸根离子分解;第3阶段,330~630℃,草酸铌热分解产出CO_2,630℃时草酸铌分解完全,产物为孔洞较深的多孔结构Nb_2O_5。 The pyrolysis of niobium oxalate as the niobium source in air is based on the curve of its TG-DTA.The phases and morphologies of the final products in air are characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),respectively.The results show that there are three steps in the pyrolysis process of niobium oxalate in air.The adsorbed water and the crystal water in niobium oxalate are lossed from room temperature to 200℃in the first step.The ammonium ion and the oxalate in niobium oxalate are decomposed from 200℃to 330℃in the second step.CO2 is obtained from 330℃to 630℃in the third step.Niobium oxalate is completely decomposed at 630℃,and porous structured Nb2O5 with deep holes is prepared under this temperature.
