摘要 熔融沉积成型技术的不断发展受到了各行各业的关注,在快速成型过程中的每一环节都会产生误差,这严重影响了产品的精度。通过对熔融沉积工艺流程进行介绍,分析了影响产品精度的多个因素并提出相应的解决方法。进一步将影响快速成型精度的喷头温度、扫描速度、分层厚度3个因素进行试验分析,得到了影响精度的主要因素,并结合实际经验进行对比分析,得出相关结论。对进一步研究熔融沉积成型技术工艺以及提高成型件的精度具有参考意义。 The continuous development of fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology has been concerned in every profession. Each step will generate an error in the rapid prototyping process, which seriously affects the precision of the product. Through the introduction of the FDM technological process, several factors affecting the precision of the product are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward. Further, the influence of three factors which were the nozzle temperature, the scanning speed and the layer thickness were tested and analyzed. Then the main factors influencing the precision were achieved. And the relevant conclusions were obtained by combined with the practical experience of the comparative analysis. This will have a reference value to further investigate the FDM rapid prototyping technological process and improve the precision of the forming part.
