摘要
针对工业机器人实训课程中存在的实验资源不足、设备损耗较大、教学效果欠佳等问题,设计了基于Robotmaster的虚拟仿真实验平台。根据人才培养方案的需要,提出了构建虚拟实验平台的思路和总体框架,开发了多种典型实验项目,整合了零散的实验内容。实践结果表明,通过虚拟仿真和实际验证相结合的方式,优化了教学资源,改善了教学效果,提高了教学质量。该平台实用性强,紧密围绕工程实际,有利于培养学生的综合能力和创新意识,达到了校企间人才培养的深度融合。
To solve the problems that the experimental training of industrial robot course has insufficient experimental resources, larger equipment losses and poor teaching effect, this article has studied the virtual simulation experiment plat- form based on the software of Robotmaster. According to the needs of the talent training program, the thought and overall framework of virtual experiment platform has been constructed, a variety of typical experimental projects have been devel- oped and the fragmented experimental content has been integrated. The practical results have shown that the combination of virtual simulation and practical verification can realize optimization of teaching resources, improvement of teaching effect, and improvement of teaching quality. The experimental platform is comprehensive and practical, which can be re- lated to engineering practice,foster the students' omprehensive ability and innovative consciousness. Therefore,the depth of integration between school and enterprise talent training has been reached.
