开关磁阻电机的调幅电压斩波控制

摘要 开关磁阻电机在低速运行时通常采用电流斩波控制和电压斩波控制方式,该控制方法具有可控性好、简单直接等优点,但同时也存在稳态误差较大、电机效率与出力较小和位置检测电路复杂等缺点。本文在其基础上设计了调幅电压斩波控制器,通过复合自适应PID使电机稳态误差减小,通过使电流波形优化来提高电机效率和出力,同时该控制方式下的无位置传感器的设计也简单有效,仿真结果证明了该方法的合理性和有效性。 The current chopping control and chopped voltage control are usually applied to switched reluctance motor (SRM) in the starting and at low speed setting, because the control methods have the advantages of good controllability, simple direct and low switching loss. However, they exist large steady state error, less efficient and more complex sensor-less in the control system. Thus this paper designs a chopped voltage controler of adjusting amplitudeand compound adaptive PID that could optimize the current waveform to increase efficiency,improve control algorithm to reduce steady state error and the sensorless is simple and effective. The simulation results show that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.
