摘要
当前高职院校学风建设中存在一些问题,高职院校也日益重视加强自身的学风建设。辅导员很多不是专业教师,但是他们作为与学生联系最密切的教师队伍,在高职院校的学风建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。从辅导员的角度出发,加强高职院校的学生建设,需要加强学生的思想教育、与教学部门多沟通,形成管理的合力、开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动、注重班干部的培养和不断提高自身的素质。
Some problems are currently existing in the construction of study style in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges are increasingly pay attention to strengthen their own study style construction. Many of the counselor are not professional teacher, but their teachers have the most intimate relations with students, which plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of study style in higher vocational colleges. From the perspective of the counselor, we need to strengthen the construction of higher vocational college students, strengthen students＇ideological education, communicate more with the teaching departments, form the resultant force management. With rich and colorful campus cultural activities, we can pay attention to the cultivation of the class cadre and constantly improve their own quality.
