摘要
14~16岁学园根植于英国特殊的基础教育体系,并伴随14~19岁阶段教育的改革而得以产生。14~16岁学园作为英国普通基础教育与职业教育衔接的典型模式,提前从普通中等学校的9年级选拔学生,将其10年级和11年级的学习后置到继续教育学院,并通过整合GCSE课程和职业课程加以实施,当学生毕业后将选择全日制职业教育项目或学徒制项目,进入正式的职业教育学习阶段。英国14~16岁学园项目起到了特定的积极作用,尤其是满足了部分学生的特殊发展需要,但是也存在一些天然的问题,为此需批判地借鉴。
Rooted in the special British basic education system, 14-16 Years Old Academy program was put forward during the reform of the 14~19 years old education. As a typical linked program between general basic education and vocational education, 14~16 Years Old Academy recruits students from secondary schools into the further education col- leges, where the students will read their Year 10 and Year 11, studying the integrated cur- riculum including GCSE subjects and vocational courses, and then progress into full-time vocational courses or apprenticeship during 16~19 years old. 14~16 Years Old Academy program in UK is valuable especially for part of special students in secondary schools, but there still be some inherent problems, which make us to learn critically.
