摘要 目的以放射信息系统(radiology information system,RIS)为平台,引入一个量化的放射科影像报告质量控制评分模块,评估其在提高专科基地规范化轮转医师的报告书写水平方面的作用。方法选取放射影像专科规培医师共7人,分别对其受训6个月及12个月时的影像报告书写质量进行数据比较分析。结果经过2个阶段的培训后,专科基地医师的报告整体质量明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=294.9,P<0.01);影像报告中的技术性或非技术性错误均明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=16.5,P<0.01)。结论以RIS为平台的放射科影像报告质量控制系统可有效地提高专科基地规培医师的影像报告书写质量。 Objective Taking radiology information system (RIS) as a platform, to introduce a new score module which could control and evaluate the quality of radiology report quantitatively, and to study its utility in improving the report writing quality of medical imaging specialties during standardized training. Methods A total of 7 trainees were enrolled in the study, and their radiology report writing quality at the time point of training for 6 months and 12 months was compared and analyzed. Results After training for two periods, the overall quality of the report of trainees were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (X2=294.9, P〈0.01). The technical errors and non-technical errors of trainees in professional bases were significantly reduced, and the differences were statistically significant (x^2=16.5, P〈0.01). Conclusion The radiology report quality control system based on RIS platform can effectively improve the quality of the report of medical imaging specialties during their standardized training period.
