摘要
通过对屏蔽式电连接器多附件结构装配工艺技术的研究,改进装配方法,优化装配流程,解决线束扭绞问题。使用分区管理、物理隔离和灌封保护等方法,进行多余物防控,防止多余物对电缆电气性能造成影响。进行X光检查和应力筛选试验验证,得出避免线束扭绞和防控多余物的最佳方法,满足设计指标要求,保证电缆产品质量。
According to the research about the multi-attachment structure assembly technology of the shielded electrical connector, this paper improved the cable assembly methods, optimized the assembly process and solved the wiring harness twist. With the methods of partition management, physical isolation and potting protection, it prevented the excess from affecting the electrical performance of the cable. Through the use of X-ray inspection and verification of stress filter, it avoided the wiring harness twist and obtained the best way of preventing and controlling the excess, and met the design requirements and ensured the quality of the cable.
