摘要
目的比较Zeiss IOL Master与A超测量人工晶体度数的准确性和临床应用价值。方法选取2014-01~2015-09该院眼科116例(119只眼)白内障患者,术前均采用Zeiss IOL Master和A超测量眼部参数,并采用SRK-T公式植入人工晶体度数,同时按照A超测得的眼轴长度分为长眼轴组(L>26 mm)、短眼轴组(L≤22 mm)和正常眼轴组(22 mm<L≤26 mm),均在术后1个月进行屈光状态分析。结果各组患眼经IOL Master测量眼轴长度长于A超测量,各眼轴组组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IOL Master和A超测量所得术后绝对屈光误差值(MAE)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);IOL Master和A超术后测得MAE≤0.50 D、MAE≤1.00 D、MAE≤2.00 D患者百分比之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Zeiss IOL Master与普通A超相比,在测量人工晶体度数方面准确性更高,且操作更方便,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To compare the accuracy and clinical value of Zeiss IOL Master and A-ultrasound in measuring intraocular lens degree.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with cataracts(119 eyes) were collected in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 and their eye parameters were measured by Zeiss IOL Master and A-ultrasonography before operation. The intraocular lens degrees were implanted by SRK-T formula, and the patients were divided into the long axis group(L〉26 mm), the short axis group(L≤22 mm) and the normal axial group(22 mmResults The ocular axial length measured by IOL Master was longer than that measured by A-ultrasound(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in MAE between IOL Master and A-ultrasonography(P〉0.05). There were no significant differences in the percentages of MAE≤0.50 D, MAE≤1.00 D and MAE≤2.00 D of IOL Master and A-ultrasound measured postoperatively(P〉0.05).Conclusion Compared with the ordinary A-ultrasound, Zeiss IOL Master has higher accuracy, more convenience and a higher clinical value in the measurement of intraocular lens.
