摘要
油浸式变压器的热点温度是影响变压器负载的关键因素。当变压器正常运行时,绕组产生的热量部分传递至饼间水平油道的油流。在根据变压器内部热分布建立热路模型时,绕组饼间的热阻特性尚未考虑,因此忽略水平油道的流动状态,基于稳态热流法提出模拟油浸式变压器绕组饼间环境的构想,搭建实验平台,利用实验测得的数据计算出绕组饼间的单位面积热阻,并对计算结果进行分析,为建立更精准的分布式参数热路模型做基础。
The hot temperature of oil-immersed transformer is a key factor about influencing transformer's load.When a transformer has normal operation,the past of heat winding produces transmit to the oil stream of horizontal oil channel between winding's discs. When building thermal circuit model based on the thermal distribution in transformer,thermal resistance characteristics between winding's discs are not still considered,so ignoring horizontal oil channel's flow state,putting forward the concept of simulating environment between oil-immersed transformer winding' s discs basing on steady state heat flow method,building experimental platform,using data experiment measured to calculate unit area thermal resistance between wingding's discs,then analyzing the calculating consequences,doing foundation for building more accurate distributed parameter thermal circuit model.
