摘要 [目的/意义]为高校图书馆对大学生健全人格培育的相关研究提供参考。[方法/过程]分析高校图书馆对大学生健全人格培育现状;在协同进化论的启示下,探讨高校图书馆良好的环境、丰富的馆藏资源、信息技术、知识全面的馆员对大学生健康心理与价值观、良好人文与信息素养、与社会人群和谐相处的能力等的培育。[结果/结论]高校图书馆对大学生健全人格进行良好培育,及其互动反馈可促进高校图书馆不断改进且螺旋式上升发展。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for relevant research of cultivation of college students' healthy personality by university library.[Method/process]The paper analyzes status quo of cultivation of college students' healthy personality by university library.Under the inspiration of co-evolutionary theory,the paper discusses the cultivation of college students 'healthy psychology and values,good humanities and information literacy,and the ability to live in harmony with social groups by library 's good circumstance,abundant collection resources,information technology and librarians' comprehensive knowledge.[Result/conclusion]Cultivation of college students' healthy personality by university library and their interactive feedback can promote continuous improvement and spiral development of university libraries.
