基于自适应算法的热风炉阶段控制燃烧模型研究与开发

摘要 分析了钢铁企业在热风炉燃烧控制系统方面的需求,研究了目前热风炉燃烧控制系统的工作方式和使用状况。针对目前系统存在稳定性低、精度差、操作繁琐等不足,设计一种改进的热风炉燃烧控制模型。该模型通过引入自适应算法和阶段控制方式,使得精度更高、燃烧更充分。实际应用结果表明,该系统操作简单、运行稳定,能够有效提高热风炉燃烧系统的工作效率,降低人员的工作量,提高能源利用率,实现节能减排,提高经济效益。 The requirements about the combustion control system of hot blast stove for steel enterprise are ananlyzed,the operation mode and service condition of the combustion control system of hot blast stove are studied.There existed a lot of shortcomings,such as single function,complex operation and information independent and so on,an improved combustion control system of hot blast stove is designed.To improve the accuracy more higher and made combustion more fully,a new control mode was presented which is called phase control mode,and the adaptive algorithm was introduced.Application on the enterprise showed that the system is easy to be operated,the function and efficiency were greatly improved.
