摘要
以河南省第六届大学生结构设计竞赛题目为例,分析了塔式起重机的力学结构.为详细了解塔吊模型中相关构件的力学性能,在实验室进行模型杆件的轴向受压及拉带受拉试验,得到模型竹材杆件受压承载力试验数据及竹材受拉承载力试验数据,并采用有限元软件SAP 2000对模型构件进行承载力验算,为理论计算和模型设计及优化提供了参考依据.
Based on the 6th Henan college students' structure design competition,the tower crane model as an example is analyzed. To understand the mechanical properties of related components in the model,the axial compression and tensile test of the rodparts in the laboratory are carried out,and the load bearing and tensile bearing capacity test data of the model bamboo are obtained. Using the finite element software SAP 2000,the bearing capacity of the model member is checked. It provides the reference for theoretical calculation and model design and optimization.
